1. Introduction

Welcome to Aidrr’s Direct Apply Service. By purchasing and using this service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Aidrr’s Direct Apply Service is designed to save you time, reduce stress, and increase your chances of landing interviews by providing tailored, role-specific job applications submitted on your behalf.

2. Scope of Service

Aidrr will:

  • Submit tailored job applications on your behalf for the agreed duration/package.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on submitted applications.
  • Respect any exclusions you provide (e.g., companies or job titles you do not want us to apply to).

Aidrr will not:

  • Guarantee interviews or job offers.
  • Control employer response times, interview availability, or hiring outcomes.
  • Provide legal, immigration, or professional licensing advice

3. Client Responsibilities

By using Aidrr's Direct Apply Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and career information in the intake form.
  • Supply a current resume in the required format (PDF, Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
  • Clearly indicate any companies, industries, or job titles where you do not want applications submitted.
  • Respond promptly to Aidrr’s requests via slack or email for clarification or additional details.
  • Attend interviews, prepare independently, and take responsibility for your own job performance and outcomes.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required upfront before the service begins.
  • All fees are non-refundable once the service has started, as applications are immediately customized and submitted on your behalf.
  • Aidrr may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds if no applications have been submitted within 30 days of payment.

5. Results Disclaimer

  • Aidrr’s primary commitment is to help you land interviews by increasing application quality and volume.
  • Aidrr does not guarantee:
    • Specific job offers.
    • Employer callbacks within a fixed timeframe (though most clients receive interviews within 4 weeks on average).
  • Success rates vary depending on factors such as your experience, market demand, industry, and geographic region.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information, resumes, and documents provided will be used solely for the purpose of tailoring and submitting job applications.
  • Aidrr will never sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties outside the scope of the agreed service.
  • Data is stored securely in compliance with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR for EU clients)

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content created or optimized by Aidrr (resume revisions, cover letter templates) becomes the property of the client once delivered.
  • Aidrr retains the right to anonymize and aggregate data (e.g., “10,000+ applications submitted”) for marketing purposes, without identifying individual clients.

8. Service Limitations

  • Aidrr's Direct Apply Service operates within the constraints of available job postings and platforms.
  • Aidrr does not create or manage unique candidate accounts on third-party portals (e.g., government roles that require personal logins).
  • Applications are limited to professional job postings (we do not apply for gig, MLM, or freelance platform jobs).

9. Client Email Creation and Management

  • Aidrr will create a dedicated email account exclusively for the purpose of submitting, tracking, and managing job applications on the client’s behalf.
  • Aidrr will retain exclusive access and management rights to this email account throughout the duration of the client’s paid service.
  • Clients will not have login access to the created email account while the service is active.
  • Upon service completion, ownership of the account and all associated data will be transferred to the client.
  • Clients are responsible for updating login credentials and maintaining account security after transfer.
  • All associated data and communications will then become the client’s sole responsibility.
  • Aidrr will not be liable for any unauthorized access, password reset issues, or missed communications after the transfer of ownership.

10. Termination of Service

  • Aidrr reserves the right to terminate service without refund if:
    • False or misleading information is provided.
    • The client engages in abusive, unprofessional, or unlawful behavior.
  • Clients may discontinue the service at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partially used packages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
